We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to manage financial operations within a manufacturing plant environment. This role involves handling accounting processes, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance while supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger
Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Handle ERP systems and maintain accurate financial records
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
Candidate Profile
Fully or partially qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and finance
Experience working in a manufacturing workplace will be an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with ERP systems or accounting software
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
