As a Wholesale Credit Risk EMEA Associate in the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) team, you will work closely with business partners across the region, including Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, M&A;, Corporate Bank, Markets, Treasury Services, and Trade Finance to assess and manage credit risk for a broad range of clients within TMT. You will have the opportunity to support clients across Leveraged, Investment Grade, and Innovation Economy segments, including those backed by Venture Capital. Job Responsibilities
Take responsibility for due diligence, credit analysis, and financial modelling of credit counterparties
Drive the preparation of credit memos and make recommendations on structure, risk appetite,



and grading
Build financial models and challenge industry teams on modelling assumptions
Devise appropriate downside scenarios and clearly articulate key modelling conclusions
Work across a variety of products including loans, derivatives, trade, and treasury products
Negotiate loan documentation, derivatives, and other facilities to help mitigate risks
Understand risk management policies and interact with stakeholders, including regulators and auditors
Manage ongoing credit risk portfolio, monitoring ratings, sector trends, and client performance
Coach and support the development of junior colleagues

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Sound credit skills and judgment with a proactive approach to credit process and risk identification
Demonstrate knowledge of transaction structures, loan documentation, and banking products
