Job Description

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Resort Beach Operation skilled to join our beachfront resort in Goa Velha, India. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and environmental stewardship. You will be the driving force behind creating memorable beach experiences for our guests while leading a dedicated team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and team-oriented spirit.
Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, recreational programs, and special events
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and achieve organizational goals
Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards




Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and local tourism regulations specific to Goa Velha and India
Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships for beach supplies and recreational equipment
