We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated QA Lead with 6+ years of hands-on testing experience to lead quality assurance activities across multiple applications and projects. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in API test automation, performance testing, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
This role requires a proactive leader who is self-driven, curious, and passionate about solving problems while ensuring high-quality software delivery.





Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and sign-off
Define and implement API test automation strategies using SoapUI
Design and execute performance and load testing using JMeter
Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices, tools, and frameworks
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining quality standards
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and metrics
Support integration and regression testing across multiple systems and platforms
Provide transparent testing status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
