Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and cutting-edge Automation & AI Associate to streamline business operations by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and automation tools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating business processes, managing and transforming data, creating AI-powered workflows, and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge of Zoho CRM, ZOHO One and Zoho Creator or similar CRM platforms is preferred. The primary focus of this role is implementing AI-driven automation solutions across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Process Automation
Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered automation workflows across different business functions.
Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them using AI and no-code/low-code automation platforms.
Build intelligent workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Integrate AI tools into existing business processes for enhanced productivity.




Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies to optimize business operations.

Data Management & Analytics
Collect, clean, organize, and automate data processing from multiple sources.
Develop automated dashboards and reports for business insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
Create automated reporting mechanisms for management.

CRM & Business Applications
Work with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms) to automate workflows, lead management, and reporting.
Support CRM customization and process optimization.
Integrate CRM with third-party tools wherever required.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to understand automation requirements.
Train internal teams on newly implemented automation processes and AI tools.
Document automation workflows, SOPs, and best practices.
