Role & Responsibilities
Lead school-wide strategic planning, ensuring alignment with educational vision, academic standards, and operational efficiency.
Oversee curriculum design, teacher development, and instructional quality — driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.
Build and sustain robust relationships with parents, staff, and local stakeholders to foster trust and community involvement.
Manage school operations including admissions, finance, compliance, and infrastructure — ensuring adherence to state and national education regulations.
