We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our R&D; content tech team, oversee software development projects, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality technical solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership and project management skills. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands-on experience in modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development, across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development is required.
Solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Microservices, and related Java ecosystem technologies are mandatory.
2–5+ years of experience leading engineering or technical teams.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices,



and infrastructure automation.

Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and up-to-date developer workflows.
It would be outstanding if you also have
Java 17+
Microservices architecture, JPA
Redis
Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito
AWS basics (S3, SQS, EC2, ECS, OpenSearch) – nice to have
Node JS – nice to have

What will you be doing in this role?
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
Plan, execute, and oversee software development projects from ideation through production.
Partner with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into transparent technical specifications.
Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering practices throughout the SDLC, including:
AI-assisted code generation and code reviews.
Automated unit and integration test generation.
AI-supported documentation creation and maintenance.
