ROLE SUMMARY
To drive growth in the Supply Chain Finance business through acquisition and onboarding of Anchor corporates, enabling scalable vendor/dealer financing programs and building a high-quality, profitable portfolio.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SCF division. Own the regional/national AUM and disbursement targets, ensuring optimized acquisition costs and overall business profitability.
Income Generation & P&L; Management
Overall P&L; health, fee income generation, and maintenance of high-quality portfolio metrics.
Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact during onboarding and initial ramp-up phase. Drive engagement to ensure long-term scalability of programs. Develop and manage solid relationships with onboarded Anchors
Program Implementation
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Portfolio, Product, and Technology teams. Ensure timely completion of documentation, approvals, and program go-live. Support onboarding of vendor/dealer ecosystem under each Anchor
Portfolio Build & Monitoring
Drive utilization and disbursement under onboarded programs. Monitor onboarding funnel, activation levels, and early portfolio performance. Ensure portfolio quality in line with defined risk and profitability metrics .
AUM & Disbursement Handling
Maintaining 50 Cr AUM. 200 Cr disbursement to be maintained yearly. Onboarding of 10 anchors with Tier 1 and Tier 2
