Job Description – Performance Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid media, lead generation, campaign optimization, and data analysis, with a robust focus on achieving business growth and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth prospects.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation of spend.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.




Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Implement conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Increase conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
Contribute to overall business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
