Position: Full Stack Developer (Gen AI)
Location: Chennai, India
Employment Type: Hourly T&M; (12 Months)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Gen AI applications.
Build secure backend APIs and contemporary frontend applications using React.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
Develop AI solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.
Create scalable, cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.
Build and maintain REST APIs, databases, and external system integrations.
Implement logging, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and follow best engineering practices.

Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
Robust experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend development.
Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.




Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
Understanding of application security, responsible AI, and performance optimization.
Solid problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
Experience with Azure AI services or equivalent cloud platforms is preferred.
