Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory; MBA (Finance) preferred.
12–20 years of experience in real estate and/or hospitality finance.
Robust expertise in taxation, treasury, project finance, and hotel operations.
Proven track record in multi-entity, multi-location businesses.
Key Skills
Deep knowledge of accounting & tax (GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA).
Financial modelling and analytical expertise.
Solid cash flow management and treasury skills.
Leadership and stakeholder management.
