The Sr. MarCom Executive supports the planning and execution of the company's internal and external communication initiatives, helping strengthen brand visibility and reputation across online and offline channels. The role involves close collaboration with Brand Strategy, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns, manage media and PR activities, and drive consistent brand messaging; while contributing to the company's year-on-year brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing an integrated mass-communication strategy and campaign plans for the company's various verticals in coordination with Brand Strategy across all channels
Monitoring stories, information, content relating to the company brand and maximizing prospects for creating a positive image
Developing and leading the company's internal communication strategy
Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and persuade prospects and mass by and large
Developing relationships with key contacts for marketing and publishing and grow media coverage both online and offline




Governing blogs, presentations, pitch decks, branding kit, videos, infographics, press releases and media coverage as per brand guidelines
Managing media coverage for Awards/CSR, corporate gifts and PR
Own brand communication and observe/audit all corporate communication happening via company ensuring guidance to internal customers and stakeholders
Managing personal branding of CEO
Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its maximized outcomes
Execute all plans with design and digital marketing team
Assist the business development team in exhibitions and create enough buzz, assist booth and marketing material designing
Leverage AI-powered tools for content strategy, creation, media monitoring, and sentiment/performance analysis
If needed, develop and execute a crisis communication protocol to protect brand reputation
Drive social media strategy and manag
