The Director, Client Technology Partner (CTP) provides strategic leadership across key client accounts, ensuring technology solutions align with client objectives, operational needs, and business outcomes.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership, translating complex technical capabilities into transparent business value. The Director drives alignment across business, technology, and operational teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and effectively delivered.





Rather than owning delivery execution, this role focuses on orchestration, alignment, and outcomes, connecting the right teams, driving decisions, and maintaining visibility across complex, global engagements.

Build and maintain solid relationships with senior client stakeholders
Lead executive-level client interactions, including quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions, and roadmap discussions
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-relevant messaging and value propositions
Act as the “voice of the client” within internal teams to influence priorities and solutions
Partner with clients to understand their technology landscape, priorities, and long-term roadmap
