Regional Manager – South

Role Purpose
To drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, and people performance across all BIBA stores in the South region. The Regional Manager will ensure consistent execution of company standards while delivering robust commercial results and building high-performing retail teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Own regional P&L; and maximize profitability.
Improve conversion, average bill value (ABV), average selling price (ASP), and units per bill (UPB).
Monitor store productivity and implement action plans for underperforming stores.
Retail Operations
Ensure SOP compliance across all stores.
Conduct regular market and store visits.
Maintain VM standards, stock availability, and customer service.
Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, HR, and marketing teams.
Team Management
Lead Cluster Managers, Store Managers,
and retail teams.
Coach managers through regular performance reviews.
Drive succession planning and talent development.
Improve employee engagement and reduce attrition.
Inventory Management
Optimize stock allocation.
Reduce ageing inventory.
Ensure healthy sell-through and stock rotation.
Coordinate replenishment based on business trends.
Customer Experience
Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Resolve escalated customer concerns.
Ensure consistent execution of loyalty programs and CRM initiatives.
Commercial Excellence
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Identify sales prospects by category and store.
Plan regional promotions and local marketing initiatives.
