Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Twilio Segment Consultant to join our team in Pune or Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in solution enablement and technical consulting, with a focus on Twilio Segment's /customer data platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver CDP /Twilio Segment, including solutioning.
Collaborate with sales and delivery leads to create delivery plans for current customer project releases.
Perform hands on consulting and changes to CDP for customer projects
Suggest data ingestion approach for the CDP
Perform necessary configuration and technical changes in CDP

Qualifications:
Proven experience in CDP project delivery, technical consulting,



or a related field.
Strong understanding of Twilio Segment and its capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, understandable content.
Experience in developing and delivering customer data platform solutioning.
Strong data skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
