We are looking for an experienced sales lead to oversee agency relationships,

execute marketing strategies, and drive growth within assigned regions and

agencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programmatic

brand solutions, strong relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to align with

business goals.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in brand

solutions.
Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize

engagement and campaign performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging opportunities in programmatic

brand solutions.
Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure seamless execution of

agency and client-driven campaigns.
Work with Account Management team to analyze performance data and

provide insights to maximize ROI.





Requirements
Proven experience leading agency relationships, preferably in programmatic

brand solutions or video/TV ad sales.
Recent experience in agency media planning or trading is a significant

advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive team collaboration.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform strategy.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
