Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code for strategic web-based solutions, adhering to contemporary software engineering practices, DevOps, and agile principles. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Quality Code Delivery:
Continuously deliver high-quality code for web-based solutions, ensuring adherence to security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure technical documentation is kept up-to-date to support audit and review processes.
Front-End Development:
Code user interfaces as per design guidelines using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and up-to-date frameworks such as Angular or React.
Ensure UI designs are faithfully implemented, tested,
and compliant with the UI design system and component libraries.
Utilize CSS libraries (SCSS/LESS/Stylus) and tools (Flexbox) for responsive designs.
Back-End Development:
Develop and maintain robust back-end services using Python and Django.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and be familiar with NoSQL databases when required.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor and guide junior developers; conduct peer reviews and follow coding standards.
Work closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile workplace.
Identify and resolve technical issues collaboratively and proactively follow up on tasks.
DevOps & Deployment:
Work with integration tools like CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
Ensure smooth deployments and maintain version control using Git, Bitbucket, or GitLab.
