Summary:

The Demand Generator (DG) plays a critical role in driving sustainable, influencer-led demand within their assigned territory. Based in key locations including Kolkata, Siliguri, Bardhaman, Guwahati, Aizwal-East, Nellore, and Vijayawada, the DG is responsible for identifying and enrolling key industry influencers such as contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers. Through strategic product sampling, in office demonstrations, and consistent follow-up, the DG converts trial interest into repeat usage and ensures solid dealer activation. This role is central to building a robust, high-performing demand pipeline that delivers measurable secondary sales volume and long-term market growth.

Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and enroll contractors, OEMs, applicators, architects, and interior designers as influencers
Develop and maintain a high-performing influencer network that drives repeat demand
Conduct product sampling, trials, and in office demonstrations to showcase product value




Support influencers with application guidance and follow-ups to convert trials into regular usage.
Activate key dealers to strengthen influencer–dealer collaboration and enable demand pull.
Ensure consistent product availability and seamless linkage between influencers and dealers
Drive and track secondary sales volumes from the enrolled influencer base
Monitor demand-to-volume conversion and report performance regularly to regional leadership.
Collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Area Managers, and internal teams for alignment and execution

Requirements
Requirements:
1.6 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, influencer management, or B2B sales
Proven experience in wood coatings, paints, or related industrial sectors is preferred
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with contractors, OEMs, architects, and interior designers
