Coordinate with finance team for timely salary

Ensure
wage structure compliance as per statutory norms.
Statutory Compliance & Labour
Laws
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and
statutory requirements.
Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns.
Support inspections and audits by labour
authorities.
Handle
contractor compliance and documentation audits.
Industrial Relations &
Employee Engagement
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary
matters.
Maintain positive industrial relations and
harmonious work setting.
Drive engagement initiatives and welfare activities
for plant employees.
Support
performance management processes at plant level.
