Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.
Build and maintain robust client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.

Data Analysis & Reporting
Conduct detailed research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Design, develop,



and maintain interactive supplier performance dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Analyze supplier and operational performance metrics to support informed decision-making.

Business Insights & Strategic Recommendations
Generate meaningful business insights by interpreting complex data sets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and executive summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation.

Workflow Management & SLA Governance
Manage and triage workflow priorities to ensure timely resolution of tasks and requests.
Monitor team performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
