SOFTWARE ENGINEERING INTERN (AI Agent Delivery)

Duration: 8–12 weeks (extendable based on performance)

We are building agents on askyara.ai -- a platform where current AI agents are
conceived, built, and taken to market. To scale from an idea to 100 shipped
agents in 12 months, we need someone who can hold the whole delivery machine
together without slowing it down.

What you need to achieve

Facilitate the shipping of 100 AI agents on the askyara.ai platform within 12
months -- agents that the market is willing to buy and actually use.

How the best people get there
Build a easy, repeatable framework to capture transparent requirements, and
work actively with bot concept owners to fill it in properly so nothing is left
to interpretation
Translate those requirements into something the testing team can act on, so
what gets tested is what was actually asked for
Keep bot concept owners focused on the two things that matter --
willingness to buy and volume of usage -- and away from the ones that do not




Promote inter-agent collaboration so agents work as a network, not as
isolated pieces, to compound impact across the platform
Own the overall shipping rhythm -- best practices, tracking, reporting, and
early risk identification -- so nothing slips through the cracks
