We are seeking a Talent Manager that will support the Talent agenda by overseeing a team specializing in Talent, Learning and HRIS. The Manager will support initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, enhance the employee lifecycle, and build a high-performance and future-ready workforce.

Essential Duties
Lead the local Talent team integrating talent management, learning strategy, and HR Systems to enable business performance.
Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of employee training programs and learning initiatives.
Support and lead the annual talent cycle, including performance calibration, succession planning, high potential identification and training planning.
Support goals and identify organizational capability gaps and design targeted development roadmaps.
Support succession planning by reviewing critical roles and potential successors
Monitor and maintain HR metrics, including training, performance, talent and succession progress
Support organizational training initiatives, including capability frameworks, competency, engagement actions,



culture building programs and change management support.
Support and lead learning, ensuring training effectiveness, vendor performance, curriculum alignment, and continuous skill building
Improve employee experience across the talent lifecycle, from hiring through training, engagement, and retention.
Maintain effective communication with managers and HR teams.
Mentor and guide junior HR team members, fostering capability building
