Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Counter Executive to join our team at the airport. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the ticketing counter, providing them with information about flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related information
Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring all payments are properly recorded and accounted for
Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes in a timely manner
Assist customers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a skilled and timely manner
Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for all passengers
Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and consistent information to customers
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the ticketing counter and surrounding areas
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
