Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, agile, and result-oriented Store Manager to lead the operations of our Jayanagar showroom. The role is responsible for driving store sales, managing profitability, leading the team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with our client

The ideal candidate should have robust retail leadership experience, knowledge of premium menswear, fabrics, tailoring, customer relationship management, and the ability to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Business Performance
Manage complete store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Take ownership of store sales targets, profitability, and P&L; performance.
Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve business goals.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational checklists, and brand standards.
Maintain accurate store reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.





Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure consistent delivery of premium customer service standards.
Build robust relationships with customers and enhance customer loyalty.
Handle customer feedback, escalations, and service recovery effectively.
Ensure customers receive personalised styling, product recommendations, and seamless service.
Support VIP, repeat, and institutional customer relationships.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead, motivate, and develop store teams including Sales Consultants, CROs, Stylists, Cashiers, and Tailoring staff.
Monitor employee productivity, performance, grooming, attendance, and discipline.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Identify training requirements and nominate employees for development programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and reduce store-level attrition.
