WE’RE HIRING | Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Controllership

We are looking for an experienced finance skilled to lead Accounts & Controllership for a growing Education / EdTech / E-Learning organisation.

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 7–10 Years

CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and general ledger.
Own month-end/year-end closing, MIS and financial reporting.
Drive controllership, reconciliations and internal controls.
Manage internal, statutory and tax audits.
Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances.
Oversee payroll accounting, AP, AR, collections and vendor payments.
Drive finance processes, SOPs and controls.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal stakeholders.

Ideal Profile
7–10 years of experience in Accounts,



Finance or Controllership.
Mandatory: Experience in Education / EdTech / E-Learning.
Strong hands-on experience in accounting, audit, compliance and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliances.
Solid proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
Robust ownership, analytical ability and attention to detail.
