Title - Data Analytics Lead

Location - Bangalore
Lead data analytics initiatives to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
Drive stakeholder and client engagement through regular reviews, insights presentations, and status updates.
Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement prospects.
Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Manage multiple analytics projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Present complex analytical findings to leadership in a explicit and business-friendly manner.




Mentor and guide analytics team members while promoting best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful stakeholder engagement and project execution.
