Assistant Business Manager (ABM) –
Role Purpose
Drive Project Plumbing Business across the entire project lifecycle—from lead generation to project execution.
Act as the key technical and commercial resource for plumbing products in the Projects segment.
Collaborate with Dr. Fixit, ROFF, and other Pidilite Project teams to maximize project conversions and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new construction projects.
Identify opportunities through builders, consultants, contractors, and pipe dealers.
Generate leads through existing MEP and plumbing contractor networks.
Convert project opportunities received from HO and other business verticals.

Specification & Project Conversion
Drive product specifications with MEP consultants, builders, and developers.
Ensure inclusion of Pidilite Plumbing Products in BOQs and approved make lists.
Support tendering and bidding processes to improve project conversion rates.




Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Project Execution & Commercial Management
Act as the single point of contact for project execution.
Conduct product demos, site trials, and pressure testing activities.
Finalize pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with stakeholders.
Ensure timely material supply and seamless project support.

Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with builders, MEP consultants, PMCs, and contractors.
Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and user engagement programs.
Increase product awareness, acceptance, and brand visibility.
Drive repeat business through customer relationship management.

Capture market trends, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
