About the role:

What you will do:
Run end-to-end payroll without breaking a sweat (or a formula)
Make sure every number checks out earnings, deductions, reimbursements, variables
Keep compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) in line and on time
Work with HR, Finance, and vendors to gather inputs and close loops fast
Handle audits, reconciliations, and reports like a pro
Keep payroll data clean, organized, and audit-ready always
Be the go-to person for “Hey, quick question about my salary…”
Manage full & final settlements and off-cycle payrolls
Spot inefficiencies and automate them out of existence

What you will need:
4+ years of payroll experience (you’ve seen enough cycles to know where things break)




Solid grip on Indian payroll compliance and taxation
Excel skills that go beyond basic sums you’re friends with formulas
Obsessive attention to detail (the valuable kind)
Ability to handle sensitive data like it’s second nature
A bias for action you fix things before they become problems
