Role Overview

MEIDEFSEC is looking for a technically curious, disciplined and highly motivated individual to join the company as a Technical Business Development & Program Coordination Associate – Aerospace & Defence.





This is not a conventional or generic sales role.

The position operates at the intersection of:

Strategic programme execution

The selected candidate will work closely with company leadership, Indian customers, manufacturing teams and international engineering partners on emerging defence, aerospace and advanced-electronics prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical and Customer Coordination
Understand MEIDEFSEC’s partner technologies, engineering capabilities and engagement models.
Support technical and commercial discussions relating to RF systems, microwave systems, embedded electronics, UAV technologies, rugged electronics and subsystem manufacturing.
