Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruitment Hiring Professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions. The role demands robust ownership of hiring, effective stakeholder management, and a proven track record of stability and consistent performance in corporate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple functions.
Partner closely with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
Design and execute effective sourcing strategies using consultants, job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes
Manage offer roll-outs, negotiations, and successful closures




Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Maintain accurate recruitment data, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Build and sustain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and consultants
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards

Requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Robust experience in corporate hiring (non-agency background preferred)
Proven expertise in mid and senior-level recruitment
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Robust understanding of recruitment metrics, pipelines, and closure management
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
High levels of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
