Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support business development, client management, and day-to-day operational coordination in our trading organization catering to the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a quick-paced, client-driven environment.

Role Overview:

The role focuses on driving business growth through a mix of new client acquisition and account management, while also ensuring strong coordination with internal teams for proposals and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire current clients in hospitality, real estate, and related sectors
Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue
Present and sell product solutions (furniture, furnishings, kitchen & laundry equipment, etc.)
Generate leads through market mapping, networking, and references
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
Prepare and support in quotations, proposals, and client presentations
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing,



and execution
Track sales pipeline, closures, and revenue targets
Maintain client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

Key Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
Exposure to hospitality, interiors, furniture, or project sales preferred
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle both new business development and key account management
Basic proficiency in Excel, email communication, and presentations (PPTs)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the city
