Location: PAN India (Willing to travel and relocate as per project requirements)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – Slope Stabilization to oversee and execute slope stabilization and geotechnical projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute slope stabilization works as per project specifications.
Manage site execution activities including soil nailing, rock bolting, rock anchoring, shotcrete, wire mesh installation, gabion walls, and slope protection works.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications,



and safety regulations.
Review engineering drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to HSE guidelines.
Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Robust knowledge of slope stabilization and geotechnical construction techniques.
Experience in:
Soil Nailing
Rock Anchoring
Rock Bolting
Shotcrete
Gabion Structures
Wire Mesh Installation
Drainage & Slope Protection Systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Valuable project planning and execution skills.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
