About the Role:

n

We are expanding our US Recruitment Division and looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for Non IT staffing requirements in the US market.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets
n
Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements — from sourcing to onboarding
n
Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance
n
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels
n
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication, and cultural fitment
n
Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain strong pipeline management
n




Coordinate with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures
n
Track team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share updates with management
n
Train and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trends
n
Drive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly team goals
n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

n

n
5+ years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment with team handling exposure
n
Solid domain knowledge in Non IT.
n
Experience with VMS / MSP preferred
n
Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to work in a target-driven night shift setting (EST/CST)
n
Self-motivated, committed team player with a positive attitude
n
