Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership and the entire team. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented qualified with experience in HR coordination, investor relations, travel and event management, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:1. Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain records, files, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
HR Coordination (Talent Acquisition, Management & Development)
Support hiring processes including job postings,



interview coordination, and onboarding.
Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination, employee records, and advantages administration.
Manage offboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Draft HR letters including offers, contracts, and policy communications.
Travel & Event Coordination
Plan and arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation for the team.
Handle visa processing, itinerary planning, and reimbursements.
Oversee logistics for internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Ensure seamless execution of investor and partner meetings.
Office & Vendor Management
Oversee office operations, supplies, and procurement.
Source and manage corporate gifting, event rewards, and hospitality needs.
Liaise with vendors for sourcing, negotiations, and cost management.
