Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Organizational Growth
Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
Partner with founders and leadership teams on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Drive culture-building and transformation programs that support business evolution and scale.

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with the company's values and vision.
Lead employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and action plans to enhance the employee experience.
Champion employee well-being, development, and retention programs.





Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
Build and scale talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and onboarding programs.
Lead performance management, goal-setting, and continuous feedback frameworks.
Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.

Learning & Leadership Development
Design and implement leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
Create learning programs that support growth opportunities and organizational effectiveness.
Promote a culture of coaching, mentorship, and continuous development.

Rewards, Governance & Compliance
Oversee compensation, perks, and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and people governance frameworks.
Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, and organizational risk effectively.
