​​​​​Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines deep technical expertise with solid leadership and ownership. This role requires someone who can lead from the front, mentor engineers, engage with business and technology stakeholders, and take end-to-end accountability for delivery, quality, and operational stability of cloud-based and automations-driven solutions.

The role has a primary focus on Logic Apps, Function Apps, cloud platforms, databases, QA, deployment, and version control, with secondary exposure to React.js and RPA technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Delivery Leadership
Lead solution design and implementation of cloud-native and integration/workflow-based applications.
Act as the technical point of contact, guiding architecture, design decisions, and best practices.
Own end-to-end delivery across ideation, design, build, test, deploy, and operate phases.
Provide realistic effort estimations, identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
Drive adherence to engineering standards, security,



and compliance requirements.
Review code and ensure high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
Lead from the front by hands-on development while guiding the team.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support onboarding and upskilling of team members.

Stakeholder & Collaboration Responsibilities
Actively engage with business, product, QA, DevOps, and operations stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into transparent technical designs and delivery plans.
Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Participate in Steering Committee/Governance discussions as required.
