Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage in office construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and regulations on-site.
Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
Check materials received on-site and ensure proper usage.
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Assist in project planning and scheduling activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (preferably in real estate projects).
Positive understanding of construction processes and materials.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
