We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning skilled to join our Production Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Adaptive Planning, troubleshooting production issues, data corrections, reporting, analytics, and security configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for Workday Adaptive Planning and resolve system-related issues.
Research and troubleshoot system problems, unexpected results, and process flaws .
Identify root causes and recommend solutions or alternative approaches to meet business objectives.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and perform data corrections .
Support Workday Reporting and Analytics requirements.
Manage and support security configurations and changes .
Develop and maintain technical specifications and supporting documentation.
Develop test conditions and conduct acceptance testing .
Implement and validate solutions in the production environment.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Planning .
Experience in Workday Production Support .
Valuable knowledge of Workday Reporting and Analytics .
Experience troubleshooting data issues and performing data corrections .
Experience with Workday Security configurations and changes .
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to document technical specifications and testing procedures.
