Mayadeep Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to resort standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities and supplies.
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies are properly used and stored.
Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping service requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as directed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and guest satisfaction targets.





Qualifications & Requirements
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Good physical stamina and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and commitment to guest service excellence.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
