NJob Summary -
nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and guide
NCustomer Support/Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving team productivity,
Nand ensuring process compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills,
Nteam handling experience,and expertise in Advanced Excel.
NKey Responsibilities -

Provide process guidance and floor support to Customer Support/Sales teams. N
Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance. N
Monitor team performance and identify process improvement prospects. N
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. N




Analyze operational metrics and share actionable insights. N
Coordinate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to improve business N

nperformance.
n- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
NMandatory Requirements -

n
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience. N
Customer Support Team Handling experience is Mandatory. N
Hands-on experience managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Team N

nPerformance.
n- Robust proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
NINDEX-MATCH, MIS Reporting).

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. N
Regional Language is Mandatory: N
Graduation is Mandatory. N
