JobRole Overview
We are looking for a skilled Agentic Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and developing advanced agentic systems and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern AI frameworks and experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems
Key Responsibilities
. Write Prompt optimization
. Write evals
. Custom guardrails for domain context that are non-trivial
. Used mlflow/langsmith or similar tools for debugging
Design and develop agentic systems and AI-driven solution
Architect scalable workflows for multi-agent system
Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline
Work with vector embeddings and vector database
Build and manage agent orchestration framework
Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and inferenc
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solution
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and framework
Required Skills & Qualification
3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineerin
Solid experience in agent engineering and agent-based architecture
Hands-on experience with
RAG pipeline
Vector embeddings and semantic searc
Multi-agent orchestration and workflow desig
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI librarie
Experience with
LangChain (mandatory
LangGraph (mandatory
Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineerin
Robust problem-solving and system design skills
