Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Candidates with experience in architectural/project coordination will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
Check drawings for accuracy, completeness and construction feasibility.
Prepare quantity estimates and BBS as per drawings.
Work on BIM/Revit and coordinate clash detection between different drawings.
Coordinate with architects, structural/MEP consultants, contractors and site teams.
Handle design changes and ensure revised drawings are properly communicated.
Visit project sites to check whether work is being executed as per approved drawings.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards and project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.
Conduct coordination meetings, prepare MOM and track action points.
Support project planning and ensure work is completed within timelines.
Manage multiple projects/tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Requirements
4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction methods.
Valuable understanding of built-up, carpet and super built-up area calculations.
Knowledge of KMC rules and regulations.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
