Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end servicing and backend operations for corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of service requests.
Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims and other internal stakeholders for seamless policy servicing.
Monitor policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and other post-sales service activities.
Track service TATs, pending cases and escalations while ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and overall client experience.
Maintain MIS, service dashboards and governance reports for regular business reviews.

Key Requirements – Education & Certification
Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institute; MBA/PGDM preferred.




Insurance-related certifications would be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of corporate/general insurance operations and servicing processes preferred.

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills
4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance servicing, operations or backend functions.
Robust knowledge of policy servicing, endorsements, renewals and operational processes.
Positive stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and MIS capabilities.
High customer orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations effectively.
