We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Demand Planning COE Lead to drive global demand planning excellence within a leading manufacturing organization.
If you have a robust background in supply chain planning, forecasting, and digital transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement global Demand Planning COE strategy
Lead design & optimization of demand planning processes, tools, and systems
Drive forecast accuracy through demand sensing & predictive analytics
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply Chain teams
Lead IBP integration & digital transformation initiatives
Act as SME for advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, etc.)
Manage cross-functional projects & stakeholder alignment




Mentor and guide regional demand planning teams

What We’re Looking For
7+ years in Demand Planning / Supply Chain (Manufacturing setup)
Robust expertise in forecasting techniques & statistical modeling
Hands-on experience with planning tools (SAP IBP / o9 / Blue Yonder / Kinaxis)
Proven ability to drive transformation in a global, matrixed workplace
Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills
MBA / Master’s degree preferred
