We are looking for an experienced Telecaller Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
● Explain the company's digital marketing services and solutions.
● Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
● Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
● Build and maintain a solid pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements




● Minimum 2 years of tele calling experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or similar service-based industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
● Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
● Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
