We are hiring for the position of Inbound US Travel Sales Executive. The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers and converting inquiries into successful sales. This is a target-driven role that requires solid communication and sales skills.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in international voice-based sales (preferred for experienced candidates)
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment
Willingness to work night shifts
Passion for sales and achieving targets
Compensation Structure:
For Experienced Candidates:
Salary up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and last drawn salary)
For Freshers:
Stipend of ₹10,000 per month during the initial 3-month training period
Incentives:
Unlimited monthly incentives
Earning potential up to ₹6 Lakhs annually
