We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support our growing team.
What you will do:
Manage daily activity across our page and client profiles
Send connection requests and follow up on accepted invites
Schedule and publish posts, and monitor the first comments
Build and verify prospect lists using and AI tools
Keep the CRM updated with lead and pipeline data
Prepare short weekly activity reports
What we are looking for:
Positive English communication skills (written and spoken)
Familiar with and basic sales tools
Detail-oriented and self-organized
Experience is a plus but not required — we train you
