Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
Handle RA Bills, contractor bills, and measurement verification.
Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
Review contracts, work orders, and subcontractor bills.
Coordinate with site, planning, billing, and project teams.
Prepare quantity reconciliation and cost-related reports.
Ensure accurate measurement and billing as per drawings and specifications.
Required Skills:
Robust experience in High-Rise & Commercial Building Projects.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and quantity surveying.
Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
