WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT DIRECTOR (AD) – LIVE SHOW

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Director (AD) to join our team for an upcoming Live Quiz/Entertainment Show.

Location: NIBM, Kondhwa Pune.

Position: Assistant Director (AD)

Project: Live Show / Quiz & Entertainment

Employment: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director in planning and executing the live show.
Coordinate with the production, technical, camera, sound, graphics, lighting and floor teams.
Prepare and maintain the show rundown, cues and shooting schedules.
Coordinate rehearsals, blocking and floor movements.
Ensure all departments are ready before and during the live transmission.
Communicate real-time cues to hosts, contestants, floor team and technical departments.
Monitor timings and ensure smooth transitions between segments.
Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-ground production issues.




Maintain clear communication between the control room and studio floor.
Assist the Director during rehearsals and live execution.

Requirements
Prior experience as an AD / 2nd AD / Floor AD / Live Show AD is preferred.
Understanding of live production workflows and studio operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Good understanding of rundowns, cues, timings and floor coordination.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
