We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Time Management Lead to provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and team management for SAP HCM Time Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an SME for SAP HCM Time Management and provide technical guidance.
Lead and coordinate teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Design and implement scalable, high-quality SAP solutions.
Establish development standards, best practices, and quality processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on key decisions.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
Conduct code/design reviews and ensure quality standards.
Mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management .
Solid knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management processes and configuration.
Experience leading SAP teams and managing project delivery.
Robust problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
Positive understanding of development standards, QA, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
